Self-Published Success Stories: Michael Prescott

Excerpt from USA Today:
But when 25 publishers passed on buying his thriller Riptide, Prescott thought the gig was up. Then, on a whim, he decided to self-publish it as an e-book.

Prescott says he has earned more than $300,000 before taxes this year by selling more than 800,000 copies of his self-published e-books.
Read the very informative article here:

The 800,000 self-published ebooks sold were from his backlist (with rights reverted back to him from the traditional publishers when they went out of print) and his new self-published novels.

  1. Thanks for the shout-out! By now, my sales have passed the 1,000,000 mark, though they have slowed down quite a bit. This kind of success is something I never expected.
